Addons have exactly zero effect on 3D rendering, and graphics drivers don't tell the card what to render, the game does.

They've got a memory management issue with some kind of overlap occurring, or they've likely 'reoptimized' one of their shaders right off the board.

Clean installs can fix things by removing artifacts from time to time, but as widespread as this is, it's not a driver issue, and it's never been an Addon issue (unless they also mucked up the API, badly) These may help eliminate certain things as potential suspects, but they'll have about as much chance to fix the problem as going outside and facing your car the other direction in the driveway will.

(Option 3 is simply a really poorly done patch (as in written to the wrong spot). If this was the case, I'd be thoroughly amazed there are not hard crashes as a result - so I defer to my previous statement.)
