Dear ZOS,

I hope yall have had a good year since the last event and hopefully you have used that year to plan for this one and avoid the issues that occurred. But in case you forgot I will list them for you below:

1. Extremely Long wait times for Campaigns
2. Lag and mass disconnects
3. large groups of people just not able to log in
4. the achievements for the event were very hard.
5. For one achievement you had to "Kill" other players, what it did not specify is that you had to strike the killing blow. Since this is the ONLY achievement in the ENTIRE game that relies on this please make sure this is clear in the achievement list.

1. Please go head and plan for expected downtime and build it into your plans. extending the event for a week at the outset will work
2. please make sure that you start the event with additional campaigns available
3. make sure the servers are working 100% etc.

The achievements were not hard, and I say this as a primarily pve player. The only thing that is hard about it is that other players will not be as face roll as pve overland content but imo pvp can make you a better player just like pve can.
