I got a sealed clothier writ. I got the Masterful Leatherwear writ quest. The conditions are:

Quality: Epic
Trait: Reiforced
Set: Vampire's Kiss
Style: Buoyant Armiger
I did all that was suppose to be done. However it failed to recognize any progress despite making the item twice.

The easiest way for players to mess up is by crafting a regular rubedo leather guards at a Vampire’s Kiss crafting table ... instead of choosing a Vampire’s Kiss set piece.0 -
