Sharing Houses

So my girlfriend and I love housing in this game, but because we can't share a house we both need separate houses. Its not enough that you can move things around in someone elses house with permissions changed, but to actually store and add to a house. Would it be possible to actually share a house legitimately without it belonging to only one person? This would be great for guild houses too.

I totally agree.
I love housing too and a bit more option regarding permissions would be a major improvement in this regard.
