It completely outshines enemy AoE. I'm also not a fan of the way it hinders your mobility. Especially when it drops from a trial that never allows you to stand still.

If Sirorias followed you around it would be so OP it would get nerfed.
You can jump in and out of it, with a 5 second window, to keep up the stacks.
