Always take interstate 5 for that route, the 110 is clogged with the server hamster shift change.

I have 11 alts maxed in the Dark Brotherhood line and have the Shadowy Supplier passive. It's gotten to the point though now that it takes an extra half an hour each day just to get through the load screens in and out of the outlaws Refuge.

Its not unusual if it happens all the time would probably make the load screens faster if they got rid of that text
