[BUG] Floating over courtyard floors in Princely Dawnlight Palace

I bought the house when it came out but am just starting to decorate it and I noticed your player character floats in the courtyard rather than walking on it. This make placing items troublesome as everything you place on the ground also floats (unless you turn off snap to floors). The visual floor isn't the same as what the game thinks is the floor.
Could we get a fix for this? This was a $100+ dollar house...

The statues and the braziers had to be placed manually (they floated before I adjusted them):
But it's not on all surfaces. This part of the courtyard doesn't have the bug:
