Dark Cloak does not grant Minor Protection

Just curious, is the minor protection on this skill appearing on your bufftracker? I noticed you have it disabled for some reason. And when you turn it on to check, assuming you actually get the buff on your bufftracker from casting dark cloak, is it a 3.5 second duration minor protection?

Certain skills show up on the buff tracker as a single icon with all their effects included in that icon, but other skills (like restoring focus) show each individual buff (including minor protection). I'm curious if dark cloak is actually granting you this buff, or if it is granting you a unique buff that is supposed to encompass minor protection.
