Was reading up about the Crypt of Hearts.

How can it have one entrance in High Rock and One entrance in Skyrim, given that it is located in Rivenspire? Anyone able to better explain this?

Good question. What lore book was this?

Also if you read this on a site like the wiki or the UESP follow the end of the sentences number to follow it to the source at the bottom of the page. If it's not sited then it isn't likely true however sometimes lore gets convoluted in the older games.

The Crypt of Hearts after all was in the game TES: Daggerfall which can make lore very confusing.

I did in fact read this on the UESP and was quite confused, because looking at a map, it just doesn't make sense. I didn't think to follow to the source.

This is what happens when we try to reconcile its appearance in multiple games. In Arena and ESO, its entrance is in High Rock near Shornhelm, while in Shadowkey, its entrance is in Skyrim somewhere near the Hammerfell border and Dragonstar. For both to be true, it must have at least two entrances and a very large extent of underground passages between them.
