Slimecraw vs Molag Kena and Domihaus Set

I'm not sure what's better for my Sorc, if Slimecraw or Molag Kena and Domihaus Set.

Slimecraw:
833 Spell Critical
Gain Minor Berserk at all times, increasing your damage done by 8

Molag Kena and Domihaus Set
129 Weapon and Spell Damage
Adds 1096 Max Stamina
Adds 1096 Max Magica

Anyone can give me some suggestions? i need to find the good combination for BGs.

It depends what the rest of your setup is, and what content you are playing and how if I'm honest.

Personally before the 1pc buff even I liked Slime. As its just there, no thinking. And Proc damage sets feel cheese. But most don't rate it as an option

I love Molag. Have hardly run it since Morrowind, but did for a while up to there. Having a dabble again tho Damage feels SO SWEET tho when you get it right and i dunno set still feels spicey.

Domi combo for pure pool has its advantages if ur going for stat which has its gains

So its horses for courses I think.

How are you defending active or passive?

Slimecraw is nice but keep in mind it does nothing for shields or heals.

Kena might be fine but I don't like hurting my sustain.

Domihaus was great when you couldn't run 5/5/2 with staves. You could still run it with a +max magicka piece.

I've been really liking Shadowrend for a couple reasons:

Pulls NBs from stealth
Minor maim is helpful for shields
+Magicka recovery

I just wish it did Oblivion damage lol.

Infernal guardian is absolute trash bin worthy. Shields are on your back bar as a sorc and its literally braindead easy to dodge.

I also split my shields. For the OP, Domihaus 2pc is a waste in mobile BGs. Out of the three, I'd choose slimecraw for my sorc, over Kena which would destroy my over-tuned burst sustain.

I also split my shields. For the OP, Domihaus 2pc is a waste in mobile BGs. Out of the three, I'd choose slimecraw for my sorc, over Kena which would destroy my over-tuned burst sustain.

I had some luck CCing people into the Infernal Guardian mortar shots and just unloading burst when I did. A nice 5-10k extra tooltip dmg that's available almost every single time. It isn't amazing, but it certainly isn't trash tier.

Slime craw works amazing on all dps builds if you dont like relying on rngesus for proc chances

I think the OP is asking whether he is better to wear two pieces of Slimecraw or one piece Molag Kena and one piece Domihaus. I’d be interested to hear what players have to say about that too.

How strong is minor berserk compared to raw stats?

As far as monster sets, I went with slimecraw, 8% damage increase all the time.

Slimecraw will give you slightly higher damage, while Kena + Domi will give a bit more utility due to higher base stats. What's better for you depends on your playstyle. If you play more hit and run go with Slimecraw. If you prefere longer fighting , always in action, go with the other.

Keep in mind the difference is not so huge, you have a lot more options with the other 10 slots, CP etc.

Maw may not look fantastic on paper, but there's a huge impact for suddenly having an extra monster on the field to deal with. Newer PvPers tend to panic, and even experienced ones sometimes have a hard time dealing with the extra visual information. This one's far better in PvP than most people realize.

Also, keep in mind, for Slimecraw, under most circumstances that 2pc will do nothing for you. If you're playing a Nightblade or Warden, you'll already have mInor Berserk from class abilities. If you have a competent healer, you'll be getting it from combat prayer. There are Situations where Slimecraw isn't an automatic pass, but, like Rattlecage or Dreugh King Slayer, this is a set you probably don't want, and won't do what you expect it to.

Even though op is talking about PvP, Infernal is not trash. Its a lot of fun in PvE and practically turns your Shield into a high AoE damage skill with a high proc chance. I love popping ward and watching my fireballs fly. Mitigating damage AND dealing it all in one button.

1 Dominahus + Shadowrend or Chocklethorn. The extra stats are better than the proc IMO and extra recovery allows you to go full damage glyphs on jewelry.

I'd go 1 domihaus and 1 that gives max magica like infernal guardian or grothdrarr. The damage between that and slimecraw or 1 domihaus and 1 kena isn't too much.

Max magica increases your damage, means you have more resource management (higher pool before you're dry) and more importantly, shields scale off max magica. You lose a very little amount of damage but gain other benefits.
