Hi All, I'm very new on ESO forum and this topic could be under wrong discussion, sorry about it. I'm on lvl 29, nearly 30. My character is Imp Drg, I had played dual and destruction staff until today, maybe it could be wrong. I like crafting and collect materials & theft  Now I have 50 skill points & 35 attribute points. How should I distribute these points? Thank you for your guidance.

Add: I'm looking for a Guild to join if accepted.

    hey mate
you maybe first need to know, that there are skills based on magicka and some are based on stamina. stamina skills get stronger the more weapon damage and the more stamina you have, meanwhile magicka skills benefit from your magicka pool and spelldamage. the weapons are also divided into magicka and stamina: staves (both destruction staves and heal staves) are based on magicka, meanwhile 2h weapons, bows, dual wield and sword and shield all have skills costing stamina, therefore those skilllines are better on stamina characters.
so basically you need to choose which resource pool you want to invest. if you go stamina the above mentioned weapon lines will be used plus some of your class skills, which have a stamina morph (there are also skills like spiked armor and stuff costing magicka, which should also be used on stamina chars, because they give you a certain buff). if you choose magicka you have the skills from the staves, which are a few, but you have more class skills to use.
as soon as you have chosen your main resource, you can spend all attribute points into that resource (since your skills will do more damage, when your resource pool is bigger).

btw: as imperial i would go for stamina, since imperials have a race bonus for stamina.

in the ardent flame skill line searing strike and fiery breath both have a stamina morph, also inferno as soon as you get there. spiked armor in the draconic power skillline is also very important (maybe also reflective scale, but not that important for now). molten weapons and obsidian shield are the skills i would also level up from the earthen heart tree. for the ultimates dragon leap and dragonknight standard are pretty strong.
then i either would go for the skillline of 2h weapons or dual wield (one of them or both) and additionally the bow skillline.
