A little problem about grinding for levels

Dong_Valentino
Hello,folks! :)
Recently, one of my friends purchased eso from steam and we start to play together. He is that kind of people who wants to feel powerful in games so he asked me if i can help him grind to reach lvl 50( i refused the max cp requirement, it is too tiring and boring). I was planning to take him to grind skyreach, but i think i have something i am not very sure, so could you enlighten me:
1. If i help him grind from lvl 1 to lvl 50 ( by running skyreach with my max cp magsorc), in which we have no real money exchange or any third party scripts ( i think addons on esoui is allowed right?), since we are friends and he once help me grind in other mmo, it is not violating terms of law , yes?
2. He is in china, Aisa, so he is using vpn to get access to the game, while he is not lying about his location when registering, (due to some certain chinese internet problems), is it ok?
3. If there is a chance he is getting permanently banned, i think if he is not using any botting programs or giving his account to anyone else, he can submit a ticket to let the zos review it to see if he is violating any tos? i think only botting , gold selling and exploiting game bugs will get banned in this situation, and if he can prove he is not a bot and it is he himself playing the game, it is totally fine right?
Thanks for replying! I just dont want to read the tos, it is toooooo long and boring!!

You'll be happy to know that grinding for levels is not only an accepted practice, it has its own mini economy due to some players paying people they don't know for "Skyreach runs" in order to group up and run around Skyreach to level up.

Not only that, but grinding for levels has even been introduced in many other popular MMOs as the gold standard for increasing the power of your character due to deliberate psychological hook design!

Since your friend will be purchasing the game as a human, will not introduce his carefully grown bot farm, and will not use unauthorized third party programs to cheat or exploit the game in unintended ways...I believe Zenimax will figuratively not give a sht if you grind Skyreach like hundreds of other players do. :)
