Performance Boost for most people..

I'm here to help you boost your fps in ESO, This will not help every single person because all computers are not the same but i seen a fps boost..

Did research on this for a few days on how i could improve ESO performance, When you do this, This will not improve performance when there are loads of people around you like city's but i did see a performance boost, 40 to 90 fps, It will drop in some parts on the game because the game is badly optimized..

This is core unparking, It stops your cores from parking so you don't lose performance..

Open "RUN" and put in REGEDIT and it will open:
You will see "Edit" at the top click on that and you will see "Find"

For Windows 7 put in 0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583

For Windows 10 put in 51dea550-bb38-4bc4-991b-eacf37be5ec8

Sometimes you will have to go back to the top and press "Find Next" because its not the right one we are looking for...

Now it will say "ValueMax" and "ValueMin" Click on ValueMax and put in 0 and do the same for ValueMin

Now just close it then restart PC to make it work..

Now download Process Lasso:
Process Lasso is like "Task Manager" but better, It helps to bring out the full power of your PC so you get a better experience in Games/Gaming

Now open ESO or the game you want to play?... I'm sure you have a second monitor right?, Move Process Lasso to the second monitor..

Now ESO/Your game is open which ever it is...

Now you will see "Active Processes" click on that and you will see your game, Right click it "Classify as a High Performance Process" then Click "Exclude from ProBalance restraint", Do the same with "Exclude from SmartTrim" and "Disable IdleSaver when running" then click "Application Power Profile" and you click on "Bitsum Highest Performance" then you will see "Priority Class" then "Always" then put it on "High"

Do the same with "cpu affinity" then click "Select CPU affinity"then your cores will come up... This is what i put, Untick "CPU 0" and "CPU 1" then click all the rest.. Test this for yourself because people have more cores then i do...

and i forgot 1 more thing.. Go back into Process Lasso and put mostly everything on "Idle", If you get a warning, leave that one, This puts more power into the game... Have fun.

My PC: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/MrAlanSmith/saved/T2qXsY Yup i'v had this PC for 3-4 years now i think?, been upgrading it ever since..., I want to get a Ryzen PC but no money :(

I'v posted this in my own time, Please no hate, Yes i know i suck at explaining myself, It's my weakness in life

I think performance is increased but who knows for sure.

Can use this Core Unparking utility which will do all the hard stuff for ya! It is what I have been using for a long time.

Does not work, Tested it many times, It's only for Windows 7, Go into regedit and check for yourself

Windows 10 - 51dea550-bb38-4bc4-991b-eacf37be5ec8 and if it's not on 0 then change it to 0, both of them then restart.

The software designer assured me in an email that V3 works with Windows 7 x64, 8, 8.1, and 10. It's working on my Windows 7 Ultimate x64 system, even though my version isn't memtioned on the webpage. Try it! I'm seeing a 20-40 FPS improvement since installing it.

I might try this as well but I have an i7 8700 and I go from 140+ to the mid 40's when in certain areas of town(although last night was alot better so they might have actually fixed something.).

The BIGGEST bump I got was turning off BLOOM. IDK why but it was worth about 10fps by itself and I have a gtx1080 so its not like I have a potato.
