Connection Timed out

Any time I try to login, it says my connection timed out. I'm on Steam, is that the issue again?

It kicked me out and when I tried to relog, I got that...For Fs sake. PC NA btw

Can we get the same access route that people who didn’t buy it from steam have please? There is no way cutting out an entire weekends and holidays worth of play is protected conscionably in any agreement I’ve made with steam or zos.
