Standard, non-event Drink consumables appear to be broken
Camoran Throne works
but standard CR 150-160 drinks are not providing the listed values
when comparing the second picture to the first, please note that Bone Pirate's Tatters set is active and modifying Stamina Recovery stat, but the issue exists while wearing other sets as well
Dubious Camoran Throne does not modify Magicka Recovery or Health Recovery stats, so the values in the second image for both should be significantly higher than what is actually given (Drink only appears to give around 100 Regen stat, though stating it gives over 400 in the tooltip)

Witchmother's Party Punch is buffing all Recovery stats as listed
Jewels of Misrule is a Food rather than drink, but it appears to be buffing Recovery stats as listed

Lusty Argonian Maid Mazte should be giving higher recovery values than either of these two recipes, but it is not
Upon further review, it also appears to be the case that the increased Maximum Stamina bonus from Bone Pirate's Tatters is not proccing off of Argonian Mazte either
The Argonian Mazte should have 2000+ more Stamina than Jewels of Misrule from the set's 5-piece bonus, but the stat is unaffected
