Why the discrepency between what MM and GSA sales totals ingame ?

I've been using Master Merchant to help with sales at guild traders, and recently added Guild Sales Assistant and Guild Sakes Master to get a more detailed view of what is going on. But now I see a definite discrepancy between the totals I see with MM ingame on the guild roster sales screen and what GSA and GSM tell me.
For instance, when I checked sales kind of mid day yesterday my sales at that time were around 49K in GSA and GSM, but only 37K in what MM was showing ingame. Same items and item counts showed up in all addons, so I am wondering where the missing gold is?
Even deducting the tax and house cut from daily total sales (as shown in GSA and GSM) does not give me the noticeably lower total MM shows me ingame. I'm hoping someone else uses these addons, or some combo of them, and can tell me why this is so.
