When I was going over weapon load-out possibilities two rather notable gaps, the first of which being a lack of a stamina healing option with the second one [and title of the topic is about]
A magicka melee option [reason i'm going with this over stamina healing is that stam has three melee sets and one ranged option...magicka gets a stick that looks stupid and a stick that looks stupid]
So wiuthout further delay, I present Rune and blade [none of the skills have names, due to the fact I suck at naming things]
Main weapon slot: dagger, sword, mace, axe
Off-hand slot: Rune
Light attack damage: Scales off max magicka
Heavy attack: restore magicka
Skill 1: 3 meter range, 90 degree cone, deals three ticks of damage [one fire, one frost and one shock]
Morph 1: adds a fourth damage tick of magic damage, which deals 10% more
Morph 2: changed to single target, increased range to 30 meters
Skill 2: melee attack, hits twice per cast
Morph 1: each cast of the ability grants you a buff increasing the damage by 10% and power cost by 15% for 5 seconds, has no stack limit
Morph 2: adds a thrid damage tick at 50% strength, reduces the cost
Skill 3: teleport towards your target, intrupting them for 0.5 seconds [gap closer, deals no damage, thus costs very little, visual effect would basically be a light trail on the teleport]
Morph 1: Teleports your target to you intrupting them for 0.5 seconds, if that fails, teleports you to them [like blink]
Morph 2: Stuns the target you tepeort into for X seconds [varied by rank]
Skill 4: slam your wepaon into the ground sneding out an arcane shockwave in every direction
morph 1: the shockwave creates a lingering arcane flames, dealing damage every 0.5 seconds for X seconds dealing Y damage per tick
morph 2: fincreases the damage by X%
Skill 5: channel with infinte duration, drains magicka per 0.5 and stops movement while channeled, while active nullifies all ranged attacks
morph 1: changes to a toggle, allows movement while toggled on
morph 2: changes nullify to a reflection of ranged attacks back at the attacker.
Ulitmate: medium cost, hits a single target, deals X arcane damage on impact
Morph 1: now also increase the damage that the target takes from you and your allies by Y%
Morph 2: reduces the ult cost
Passive 1: Reduces ability cost
Passive 2: Deals effetcs based weapon, sword +dam, dag +crit, axe +magic dot, mace +resist pen
Passive 3: Heavy attacks now restore X stamina too
Passive 4: Killing an enemy with a run & balde abiltity increase magicka recovery for 15 seconds
Passive 5: When you crit with a rune & blade abiltity you apply a magic dot effect
