Summerset patch notes "claimed" to have fixed the lag.. but did it?

No. Easy as that. Before, i would spike to 250 at the worst, when im close to large fights. Now, even when im just duoing with a friend, no where NEAR a zerg v zerg fight, in Vivec mainly (Sometimes Short) a 250 is like the average ping. I dont even want to mention prime time ping, that would be disgusting.

97 ping, feels like 300 ping. 300 ping, feels like 999+ ping. What is this?

We converted several requirements that were previously part of ability passives to server side encoded checks, which will cut down on the amount of requirements calculated per ability use. This will lead to better server performance, particularly in Cyrodiil, but does not change how passive abilities function for you." - ZOS

ZOS, you DID NOT, fix any lag what so ever, if anything, its been made worse. WAY worse. I'm not the only one that agrees that lag has been what feels like to be doubled. Its not even FPS lag, in large fights im at about 30, solo/duo/small scale im still at about 80FPS. Please, for the love of PvP and to keep it playable...

    Much much respect to the Aussies who average at 300 ping and call that good ping, idk how you guys can do it. If i averaged at 300 ping i would have been done with this game a long time ago. Much respect

    I also do average around 250~300 and those are much playable than compared to 400~99999 ping spikes. But, pretty sure people with the average 250~300 pings like me do die a lot more often even in what's deemed as good ping because it is still high ping when in action. Lol.

    Thats crazy, i was just duoing with socoboy not to long ago, and were both at just 200 ping, the time it takes for us to cast just 1 skill, with good ping (120-) we could cast a good 3-4 skills. Couldnt even bar swap when wanted to shield up, or execute when wanted and cost us a few kills ina 2vX

    Yes, things are much, much worse, especially in Cyrodiil.

    This game already has atrocious design flaws in the way the server and client share the workload, and this update seems to have only made matters worse. Seriously, if I were a shareholder or manager of this company they'd be facing some serious personnel changes. Whoever is responsible for this needs to get the ax.

    It's time for ZOS to STOP making camels, proctard sets, and new systems nobody asked for (skill advisor, daily rewards, other worthless fluff) and spend a FULL development cycle doing nothing but bug fixes and performance enhancement.

    Thank you! It's like ZOS just doesnt care about the game. If they want to be known as a company that isnt just in it for the money and milking us players with there game, they need to actually fix the game. Hell, Star Citizen ALPHA was released not long ago, and its a lot less laggy than ESO is... and its got *Insert special word/term for what im about to say* the ENTIRE map loaded in at ONCE with NO LOADING SCREENS! Like...?? Come on ZOS?!?

    Some of them, yeah. I mean, there are multiple teams from art to music and so on, and I don't think they're all guilty. It's a phenomenal game with so much depth and sooo much that's done right, and then there are these little areas where you can tell somebody behind the scenes absolutely sucks at his job. I don't want to paint the others with that broad brush, but there's at least one dude (maybe two) running around that office who is a tragic detriment to the team.

    Since the release of the clownstore it is obvious their goal is to milk more money from a game which didn't work well as a subscription based model. Now they need to please the wales with new content regularly in the frownstore.
    Maybe it is another team doing that, i don't know. But i do know it's resources (money) they could use for prgrammers/testers to find and fix bugs.
    I know "they poor their heart and soul" into the game by making new content to please people who already get bored with all old content. And yes, the new zones are great and well designed. But it would be ever a better experience without lag/loadingscreens/bugs.
    And for people who 90% of the time just want to PvP in cyrodill, (for me at least) don't care about motifs/dresses and non combat pets that much. I just want a great bug and lag free PvP environment,

    It's steady declining 4 me... Atm even questing turned laggy let alone trials... It's positively disgusting how bad performance is atm
