Greetings fellow artists! I've come across this picture and after a lot of googling I've not found anything about it.

I'm curious if anyone knows if there is a pattern out there I can download to create this(minus the salad)?!? I love making things out of paper and I am excited at the possibility of creating this on a larger scale to add to my collection.
