I swear, sometimes I'll be facing someone, spamming my petrify button, and it never goes off! Just shows it being greyed out the whole time (and in melee range).

It's actually the player that bugs out and they become CC immune from some specific forms of CC for as long as they stay logged in, and or they do not reload into a new area.Legendary Archer of ValenwoodBosmer Dragon Knight Archer. ✭✭✭✭✭yeah I have noticed the same thing, tried it as CC for all of a few encounters and was heavily annoyed by its refusal to fire the skill, figure it might have something to do with the god awful range. sorcs on the other hand get the same skill at max range, balanced.ESO player since beta.
