Pressing the Shift key for SPRINT

Okay so I'm having this issue that seems to be isolated on my system and not my other system.
The system at fault is the Ryzen one.
The Issue
I use Cowards and Darkstride when i'm doing my farming runs so its safe to assume that i'm pressing the shift key a lot.
Every time I do. I will get a weird burst drop in frames. About 20 or so.
I decided to turn off all of my add-on's.
The issue still persists.
I then stood my character still so the frames averaged out at around 120 frames. I began to then spam the shift key and you can see the frames rapidly drop down to 30?

I really have no clue what could be causing this. I thought it might be Microsoft's sticky keys or something to that effect, but not so simple. I toggled all of those settings off and on to see if there would even be a slight change and nothing. I'm stuck in a very large drawing board at what this could be? Is any one experiencing something similar? Anyone know a work around? Any help from the @ZOS_GinaBruno (ZoS team) would be much appreciated!?

I suggest putting in a tech support ticket before asking Gina for help.

They will go beyond asking you to turn off your addons and eventually ask you to run a Game Consultant report (iirc) for more detailed information that may help them find an issue that could cause this.

Make sure you have all boxes unticked for the sticky key thing, i remember having an issue where i disabled it before unchecking all the sub-options and somehow those were still active.

Also make sure the Microsoft thing for disabled users is turned off completely, can't remember what that service is called (Ease of Access?).

PS: If you have a mouse software running in the background, like Razer Synapse, make sure that isn't interfering as well ...

As per usual when sending in a support ticket...... but thank you for trying IDK.
not sure if this will ever be addressed as it does not seem to have any attention here on the forums and if it does, it just gets ping ponged around from post to support and back again..
