Nixads are Tricky Creatures

I can't help but attack them. There are lots of innocent creatures in Summerset, have you attacked any?

There is one in Summerset next to a remote fishing hole that will constantly fly in your face and play with you (it's scripted). Your character will even swipe at it with your fishing pole as you're trying to fish. Well done ZOS!

Awesome find! I'll need to check that out. I was shocked to see Springboks drinking water and then living their carefree lives, instead of just running in a set path.

If I remember correctly, it was the river east of Cey-Tarn Keep near the skyshard.

I haven't done anything in Summerset as bad as the first time I walked up to the Baby Netch in Morrowind, pressed {Take} and wound up with a handful of guts. O.O :'(

Hahaha, I feel bad killing the majestic Indriks, even though they are hostile. I'll intentionally walk around them.

I killed a nixad once and then felt bad. LOL.
I have no issue with killing monkeys, though.

I never really attack innocent creatures, except those mini snakes and bugs that are going in my aoes on accident.

I love how Nixads are always fluttering near your character, those cheeky little pixies.

Nixads are ugly, creepy and noisy. I am killing them cruely. And collecting insect parts for fishing.
But I NEVER harm tiny netches in Vvardenfell.
Complicated me.

Swung at one the other night and there for a second I thought it dodged my strike and laughed at me because I missed. I shrugged it off as me not being accurate. Glad to know I wasnt losing my mind.

Nixads have some unique drop compared to other critters, on occasion I have found armor trait stones and provisioning ingredients on them, and yes they always dodge your first attack quite well and laugh in your face.

The shroom beetles in Vvardenfel also provide mushrooms on occasion, so they are on top of my citter list when ever I am wander in Vvaedenfel.

Are there any other creatures that provide different drops other that the usual?

Now that you mention it, i've gotten some rare craft drops from Nixads.

It was a creative touch to say the least. It's interesting to see what they can & can't dodge. I immediately thought of the Matrix Movie when I saw it.

Nixads are attracted to shiny things and can pluck out eyes. They can also pinch you mad till you drice yourself off a cliff. So if i see one approaching me i don't hesitate to channel a lighting attack. Can't dodge those you eye snatching bugs!
