Daily login rewards not claimable

Everyday in July I've been logging in to ESO to claim my daily rewards, seeing as the rewards are fixed to a month and you HAVE to login everyday in order to get the crates at the end of the month loosing just 1 day is loosing the last award, I really want to claim them.
My problem is that I've logged in every day in july but the reward does not popup and the timer keeps telling me when the next reward is open for claiming, yet I can't claim anything.
Anyone got the same problem?
