Daily Rewards for 1st of July just reset and cannot be claimed for 24 more hours

Same here as well! Let's be positive they are going to resolve this and give us a bonus as a gift for the inconvenience, something small such as 20.000 Crowns...

I've had the same issue as well, except my issue started on the last day of June.

I am brand new to ESO, so I hadn't had the chance to use all of my June rewards.

My reward reset is timed for 5 PM Pacific.

I had been watching the timers closely because I wanted to be more conscious about what time my rewards were resetting at, since I didn't know how the time was established, and so I know for sure that the counter was counting down until 5 PM that day, just like any other day.

I was online shortly before 5 PM Pacific, was questing and eating pizza, so I momentarily forgot about my claiming my reward - I didn't know if it was supposed to give me a pop up if the reward rollover happens when I'm online - and then at 6 PM Pacific on June 30, I checked my reward screen... and instead of showing June 30 and my reward is now available, the calendar had already rolled over to the month of July!

After having vanished completely, July rewards now seem to be back. I was able to claim the first reward, and in about 4.5 hours it will be my reset time, and hopefully the rollover will work and I'll be able to claim the second reward.

Still a bit disappointed about losing my June 30 reward as mentioned above, but I guess we can be glad that the daily rewards seem to be back and working now.

I really hope they will be doing something for near the end of the month. I got lucky and logged in before reset today, but many people will not. That will mean many people missed 4 days to claim all the rewards, while everyone missed 3 days, so it could be a very tight time table for something that was not our fault but the developer's fault.

They better have a plan that allows people to claim it all even if they can't login every day due to schedules.


This is why I hate anything daily and it is better if it resets weekly as a bundle rather than separately as daily. Not everybody can login each and every single day.

This is not fixed!

I just switched characters with a reward waiting to be claimed since I claimed the xp scroll one minute before reset and it definitely said "daily reward waiting to be claimed"(or however it says it) and it reset to "23hXXm until next reward"!

WTF??!!?!?!?!?!

Do not relog if you have a daily reward waiting and pray you don't get disconnected!

While the daily rewards have returned, I just wanted to add what happened to me.

I was logged in on June 29th & the time remaining for me to claim my next June gift was within the time left before June changed to July. However, when I logged in on June 30th, I was presented with the July 1st reward (which I claimed because it was in my face lol) but I was NOT able to claim my last reward for June either. I was online PRIOR to 11 p.m. PDT, which is when the server resets for me, on June 30th but the rewards had already reset to July. I was online when June rolled into July, but did not log in again on the 1st. I logged in yesterday to find that I was not getting the little notices to claim my reward or that a new reward would be granted in (x) hours.

A guildmate mentioned that his was missing also, at which point I mentioned that I'd noticed mine being gone & asked where to find it. Upon opening that screen I found the message that the rewards were currently unavailable & I should check back again later.

Not sure if that information will help you with whatever went wrong, but I thought I should add my name to the list of folks who either were presented with July rewards while it was still June &/or did not receive their June 30th reward.

The month reset at a different time. I'm not sure exactly when, but you were pushing it too close and it happened.
Best to make sure you have days ahead leftover.
