Mind Shriven Skin Causing Issues With Hair

I /bugged this almost two years ago, and it's still an issue. The Mind Shriven skin (at least on Khajiit) causes massive aliasing issues in most hair styles where the hair. It looks like the alpha channels of the hair gest filled in with white for both facial hair and hair styles. No other skin causes this issue except Mind Shriven. Sometimes I think my /bug reports just get auto-filtered to the trash.

Can has fix? Khajiit desires nothing more than to look like a fancy albino raisin.
