Last night around 10pm I was going to buy 2 of the 14000 crown packs for $99. I never got a message on either transaction that it was successful, it didn't say anything, but my card was authorized for both. But now both transactions are sitting in my bank account as just pre-authorizations and not full on charges, and my bank says it isn't because of them, so I'm wondering what's taking so long for these to go through and for me to get my crowns. I haven't received any of my crowns and it's been almost 12 hours. I'm starting to wonder if I could just debate these charges with my bank so I can get the money put back in my account. I've already submitted a ticket but again, it's been almost 12 hours and I have had NO response.

    And if it will help any forum mod out, my ticket number is 180628-004641, I need to know if they are going to respond to me at some point about this.

    When buying crown packs, you should ensure that you have logged out to the character select screen before logging back in and accessing the Crown Store. If you remain in game while purchasing crowns from The Elder Scrolls Online PC/Mac Store, you will not be made available for use until you have exited and reconnected.

    If you still have not received your crowns, you can attempt the following troubleshooting steps:
    • Log out and back in to the game.
    • Check your bank statement or financial institution to make sure the payment has been made (it might still be pending).
    • Wait 24-48 hours and check again.

    I wasn't even logged into the game at all when I bought them. I logged out and in at least a dozen times. I know my payment is essentially still pending, my bank said I have to wait on you guys to process it. So apparently I just have to wait until you guys feel like fully taking my money instead of just holding onto it in limbo somewhere.

    Take it easy, you didn't lose your money, your Crowns are coming soon.

    You have bad luck, yes, because I may say that on less than 5% on the cases, the payments are delayed.


    Keep waiting, they will arrive, and you will spend them wisely :smiley:

    As I already said, you didn't waste your money and now lost it,
    the payment is just delayed, YOU WILL HAVE your Crowns.
    There is nothing that a human can do right now for you, you're up to machines' will (?
