Vet Boss Ring of Frozen Blood Glitching

So on the very last boss there are the 3 islands, at 75, 50, and around 17 she destroys the islands or is supposed to, When she is at 50% on the second island she destroys it but also the third island completely disappears! So I am stuck fighting a boss at 50% in the frozen water with no islands to stand on! Not sure if anyone else is getting this glitch but i've been doing this now for almost 2 hours and its always the same. Please fix this.

Second, yep that level is buggy as hell. Try a reboot / i delete local save game cache on xbox.
