For months now tbh been having solid issues with bar swap. It is actually so bad that the best it gets is a few second delays to literally a couple minutes. My game for the most part is so so unplayable that it is not funny. At least im not laughing. I am playing eso on the EU server with a I7 3930k x6 processor, 16gb ram, Nvida 970 4gb graphics. I can upload a video that shows me running around for couple minutes trying for bar swap that never happens.
