Easier guilds line farming for alts

I know that it was discussed a lot, but I am throwing out a few ideas in hope ZOS will be more kind to altoholics...

I think that every character has to work at least some time on any guild skill line it needs, but it should be less grind if a player maxed out it at least on one other character. Possible solutions:

1. Simple double(triple?) XP towards guild skill line if another character already have it.

2. Special furniture item obtainable after maxing out skill line and finishing quest line (probably some other relevant achievements). Item either provide buff from first option or can be used daily for flat amount of XP.

3. Purchasable account bind items to obtain flat amount of XP/double XP buff.

There should be a toggle option for "Account Skyshard Markers" and "Account Lorebook Markers" in the Gameplay section. Simply put, these options when toggled on would add map markers on that character for all previously acquired skyshards and lorebooks from other characters in that player's account. Achievement dyes are tracked on previous characters, even if they are deleted afterward. This option shouldn't be too difficult to add in.

I would like to have in game obtainable items that give xp for the guild. For example a level 10 undaunted character that is turning in pledges or trail daily has a chance to get a token that will give the user 5 undaunted xp.

There should be similar tokens for
-fighters guild (tokens drop from dolmens)
-mages guild (idk maybe talking to maiq)
-dark brotherhood (drop from the dailies)
-thieves guild (drop from the dailies)
-legerdemain (can drop in chests)
-psijic order (can be found in psijic rifts)
-alliance war (can be purchased with AP and Tel'Var, also randomly drop in RotW)

They should NEVER be purchaseable in the crown store.

EDIT: Tokens would be not account bound.
