Unreadable leaflet in Summerset

Hey.
There's this leaflet on a lamppost in Summerset, both in Alinor and Shimmerene I think, that is basically the Divine Prosecution notification inviting you to come do the daily quests in Alinor. If you have not picked up the dailies already you can read this leaflet and get a small quest that takes you to the NPCs giving dailies. However if you already picked up the dailies before you cannot in any way activate this leaflet and it remains highlighted. I think it will therefore remain unread and not go into your Eidetic Memory. Is there a way to unbug this leaflet please? My main didn't see the leaflet and just picked up the dailies. I only later saw it with an alt
