Werewolf Stamina Warden Build Advice and Help.

First of all, I'm Super Hyped for Wolf Hunter DLC coming soon, so I'm planning on making a Werewolf Warden!
Looking for a PVE Damage Stamina Werewolf Warden Build using Bow and 2-Handed Sword and Wear Medium Armor, but don't know where to start.

Tips I'm looking for includes...
Skills and Abilities (Including Werewolf Skills)
Armor Sets (At least to tide me over till DLC Release.)
Champion Points
Food or Drink Buffs
Best Race to play as (Thinking about Wood Elf)

So any suggestions?

Race depends if you want a Werewolf that would fit the warden / werewolf idea or just for gameplay mechanics. If you go for RP take Woodelf or Nords.
If you just looking for min/max take a stamina race, Redguard fits well for that.

Overall your first choice will be what you will want to achieve, as if you ask for "best" that isnt the same, especially for race choice, from what "feels" good in case of werewolves

PvE Werewolf you can do whatever because it is not really viable for 'serious' content where build really matters.

For PvP :

- Easy : Shacklebreaker Heavy + Troll King + set of your choice / New Arteum drink / Orc - Khajiit

- Exotic : Clever Alchemist + Kena + Shacklebreaker or Pelinal / Infused Potion cooldown glyph / Argonian
