'Mist Form' vampires ability is bugged after summerset patch. It auto skips on cast with blocking.

Just impossible to use on my PVE-tanks. Too dangerous considering to slow animation of this skill. It worked perfect before. Didn't notice changes like this in patch notes and in my opinion it's a bug. So fix it please.
