Stamplar-Channeled or Restoring Rune Focus morph?

Which would be better for a Stamplar? Channeled seems like it would be good because of the cheaper cost would let me recast more often and the Magicka return would let me purge more. But the other morph seems really good too, since 8% less damage and 8 % more healing is a lot and would help tankiness. Honestly I’m pretty stumped here, usually I can tell easily what morph would be best for me but not with this.

Restoring focus is better to me, since you don’t really have the greatest defense the next best defense is healing. So my back bar has powered, restoring focus, rally, been using lingering health speed pots, and I’m an Argonian. And I’m pretty sure I have blood craze.

Anyways in no cp my healing is insane and in cp it gets more ridiculous. Better healing also helps you be more aggressive. My stamplar is specced to fight outnumbered, it works for me.

Ps. I don’t use troll king but probably would be cancer.

Channeled for me. The times I've died to not being able to sustain purge was more than from attacks getting countered by 8% extra to my healing.

I run Channeled for the reason Minno mentioned (and because I'm in medium). If I were in heavy armor I would run Restoring.
