I am wanting to re trait jewelry, first off do you use the transmuting station in the clockwork city for that? Second, can i transmute 160 cp jewelry even though i cant craft 160 yet.

Yes you can transmute CP160 gear even though you can't craft it.
I learned the traits across several characters on my account so I could transmute any jewelry to any trait I needed. Plus I can now craft an item for research for myself or any of my friends.The Vegemite Knight
