✭✭Get some necroincompetence and pair it with willpower. Throw in any monster hat like maw of the infernal, nerien'eth, valkyn scoria and you should be fine for a while.
Then work your way up to trial gear.

Very easy warden setup since you can dolmen zerg the necro jewelry and craft Julianos. Pretty easy to find people farming city of ash as well. Work your way up in cp till comfortable and then give vMA a shot for the maelstrom inferno staff.
