Redeemed gems for Pyandonean Gloves but got Helmets instead.

I have tried opening a ticket about this but an error message keeps popping up. I think I submitted a bug report but I know those don't get replies.
Basically, last night, I redeemed Crown Gems for different chapters of the Pyandonean motif. I selected Bows, Chests, Legs, Gloves, Swords and Daggers.
I know for a fact that I clicked GLOVES but I have no idea why I got Helmets instead. I do not want helmets, I already learned helmets from a lucky drop from a Pyandonean bottle. Why would I get helmets? I remember I was looking at either gloves or boots and decided on gloves?
Now I have a chapter I cannot sell or use (I have one character for crafting. It would be pointless to send the motif off to another toon to learn).

✭I forgot to add that I am using the Windows version, non-Steam, on Windows 10 and on North America server.
My mouse has been wonky lately but it was mainly the right mouse button that was acting up (it wouldn't always click) so I don't know if that would also have a factor in this bug.I simp for vampire lords and Glemyos Wildhorn0
