Can no longer access any addons

Turned in a ticket because the crown crates animation wouldnt execute. They fixed that and now I have no access to addons...same .exe location, same addon location, etc, but the game isnt finding and loading them....any ideas??

Your support ticket #180623-000326 is open and currently being looked into. While you wait for a response, you may want to check if Microsoft OneDrive is enabled. If it is, it can affect the add-on location and prevent them from working. You would need to disable OneDrive if it has been turned on.
