Minor Slayer set question

I am curious what folks think about this.
I run a Stamina Warden, currently using VO/Hundings (or spriggans, depending)
My question is this; what is the dps hit from running two Minor Slayer sets?
Eg; VO and Relequens vs VO and TFS
Subsequent would be how can I boost my sustain if I run TFS/Relequen? I've come to really enjoy the sustain from VO, and I'm worried about struggling with it if I drop VO.
Any input would be much appreciated, as it will help me decide what to focus on finishing out.
