Where have my crowns gone?

When summerset hit live servers I had 3000 crowns.
My. Monthly subscription just went out, meaning I should have 4500 as I've been saving them. But I have returned to just 1500, 3000 unaccounted for crowns. How do I redeem these or talk to for a fix

Please be aware that there can be a delay between 24-72 hours for the included crowns to be applied to your account.

If you have waited longer than 72 hours and have not received the crowns included with the membership, you should contact Customer Support.
