So I'm a bit confused. I'm returning from a year long break and after I got back, I learned that Black Rose and Constitution got a nerf, but I'm not sure what it was....
It says that Constitution restores 186 Mag/Health/Stam per hit every 4 seconds per armor piece. So if you're wearing 7 pieces of armor..isn't that like an extra 1800 points of resources every few seconds or am I missing something?
