Nameing bug and Support being unhelpful

Iv been waiting now 7 days for a response from support about my issue. Below is a copy and paste of what I have sent them and my issue. This issue seems to fall on deaf ears and there is no phone customer support so Im hoping posting here will get a result.

Hello Im having an issue, MY character cant seem to get invited to groups. And cannot be whispered. I dont know why this is and I dont know how to fix it. But when others invite me all they are told is character does not exsist. Yet I do and Im right here. Iv assured Im online and active and every step Iv been told, And yes I did put a special character above the O in "Sol" but I cant possibly fix that I do not have the money to buy a rename token after I just bought the game. There should be a warning about this for people NAMING their characters so that this does not happen. OR it shouldnt be allowed if this is a known issue. Please help me as right now I can barely play with friends , Iv been waiting 7 days for help with this and this just remains in a "Waiting for agent" status , Which is ridiculous

1) Always expect a wait on customer service when there are many people submitting tickets, some of which are frivolous "give me free items" and other things that are in mass quantities to be sifted through.
Sorry, but that's the truth.

2) Your warning when you made the character was the fact that you had to press multiple specific keys when making that "Sol" part of your name that other character will also need to use to be able to invite you. This has been an issue since online gaming began.
Don't make a complicated name unless you want complications.

3) They can right click your name in chat, or use text chat to select it with gamepad mode, to invite you no matter what your name is. If nobody has ever tried that then all of them must never have ever played any online games before.

Posting here with this issue does absolutely nothing for you. We can't help you. This is completely on support's back end of the system.
You made it complicated and they now have to jump through hoops to change it.

I use special characters in all of my names. This sounds like something else. It has never been a problem for me or anyone that I know of. Been using odd names since launch. Keep on them.

Right clicking my name etc DOES NOT work for them either. There was no warning, Dont make excuses for their lazyness, Goodbye, If your not support I dont need to hear from you tbh

Welcome to the forums, where support doesn't post.
Wait for your ticket to be answered, where they will answer it, eventually.

And FYI, clicking a person's name, which I believe is left click which I may have stated incorrectly above, will give you a list of options including "invite to group" which should work no matter what the name is.
Also, most people have their UI set to show "username" instead of "character name" which they can also click to invite or type to invite you, but they must include the @.
They can /invite @Carothis to invite you. That will bypass the entire problem with that character name.
