Reduce Potion Cooldown enchants - Do they work?

I ask this question because I’m aware this was a broken mechanic for a long time so I’m curious to see if they fixed it. What I mean is if I used 3 gold infused jewelry enchants could that work to make my potion cool down very short?

jypcy✭✭✭✭✭Well, depends on your definition of very short. Infused jewelry for some glyphs used to be broken (I think the infused affected all three enchants per jewelry piece, but I forget the exact error), reducing potion cooldowns to something like 3 seconds. They are now working as intended (affecting only the glyph applied to that specific piece), reducing potion cooldowns to something like 21 seconds. So, they are working, but the bug is no longer “working,” if that’s your question.
Tl;dr:
lowest potion cd on earlier PTS patches: ~3s (bug)
lowest potion cd on current PTS and on live: ~21s (intended)6
