[Error 326] Character locked

I dont know if thats a common issue but i got kicked out of the game half an hour ago on the character im usually idleing in eso.
After about a half an hour when i tried to lock back in i got the message my char is locked.
I heard from people that they got it when their character had an inappropriate name and they had to rename him before playing on it again.
I dont know why my character got locked and it really doesnt make sense to me.
The Name is: "Looking-for-Dancemoon" which was just a little troll name because someone was writing in our nmol farmrun "i am looking for dancemoon stuff"
But this is over 1,5 years ago now and its not even offensiv in any way in my opinon.

Tl:dr my character got locked, not an inappropriate name, anyone knows whats up or when this happens

Had it happen the other day on one of my characters that forgot to log out on before I watched a movie. Left the game and rebooted my system to clear the cache and all was well.

rebooted already idk if a normal reboot is clearing my cache but this doesnt seem like a problem on my side tbh

Looking-for-Dancemoon sounds pretty offensive to me, sounds highly suggestive that you are "looking" for "dance"moon. Think we all know what your're "looking" for here. Such vulgarity. Oppose that to a serene name such as Star-of-Uranus on the other hand, you should change to that, it's not offensive in any way.

I really just want an answer why xD its so dumb that he got locked and its the my tank so im always raiding on this char. If i would have the gear in my bank i could log on my second dk tank for a while but i cant access it.
Pretty lame ZoS tbh...

Maybe i too old ,but i dont understand what is offensive or i dont understand sarcasm.
