Heavy, so spin won't be spammable tier, but the burst is yuge. Combo of Truth/Fury/7th/WW hide and for monster, run bloodspawn. If you use WW hide, you can use 2pc agility for DW front, and then 2h back for FM.
Innately tanky, high burst, but not 1vX tier tankiness, so fits well with group play. It is assuming you are getting hit enough. Full run like hell playstyle isn't really its type.
Spin is not needed to win. Sure if you have room for it. Shackle is only needed as magic char.
Its a steel tornado build its more or less for fun. I dont take pvp as seriously as others. And i was using shackle for the stam recov and extra stam but I ended going with hulking I may test out bone pirate next.
Spin2win is OK for group play, its absolutely horrible to spam though, can't be sustained for too long, especially not in heavy..
So basically have a build with lots of stam regen and damage,(like bone pirate draugr hulk/spriggan was one that I tried and found decent success with), and you can just shalks-dbos, and then spin2win to finish them off.
