I have had times in combat where the character attacking me runs through a locked door or even a wall and then launches a ranged attack - however I am unable to retaliate as the aggressor is out of bounds to me.
I have been in buildings and seen pets half in and half out of doors and walls.
Today an Orc was looking for me. Perhaps, maybe, if she stepped out of the wall she might have stood a better chance of finding me.
