Hello fellow forum-warriors!
Cyrodiil´s Fist is recruiting!
Some of you might know our guild - some others may not. Either way, I´ll give you a brief introduction.
We are a very small (<20 players) guild of hand-picked players dedicated towards midscale pvp raiding. We have a very strong community and many of today´s members have been in this guild since its foundation in June 2016. We are raiding 3 times a week on the EU-Server in the Non-CP campaign Sotha Sil. Our main faction is the Aldmeri Dominion, however we also raid on the blue side (DC).
Our goal is to maximize group performance regarding sets, roles, skills and obviously players and their skill. We usually raid in groups ranging from 8-12 people and are strongly focussed on never exceeding that mark - this has been a core principle of the guild since the beginning.

Now, who are we looking for and what are the requirements?
1. First of all, anyone who is interested should send a Ingame-Mail to @RealPhoenix or find me on discord (RealPhoenix®#1655). Should the inbox be full then you´re probably too late
2. Please do not apply if you feel like you are new to PvP. We are sorry to say that we will only consider experienced PvP-Players.
3. Please include your experience in PvP, your Main-class and your experience in Non-CP in the mail.
4. Include all your possible PvP-characters on AD and DC faction in the Mail. In the long run, we will only consider players with at least 2 raid-ready characters on one faction and 1 raid-ready character on the second faction. If you can´t offer that, please let us know if and what you are willing to level up.
5. Include a short description on what you would run for your main class (sets, skills, playstyle).
6. Include your availability in the Mail. We are raiding in the evening at around 20:00. Please give us information on all the days that would fit for you.
7. Let us know about who you are, why you are interested and what you expect from our guild! This is very important to us, because we are a very small guild and players know each other very well
8. We will not recruit more than 2 players at a time. If you get selected for recruitment, you will be sent an answer. If not, we can´t and won´t promise to answer everyone. We hope you understand.
9. Voice-chat on discord and being vocal is a requirement. If you can´t meet that, don´t bother sending us an application.
PS: We do know that some guilds in Sotha Sil are hostile towards our playstyle. I beg you guys to keep this a healthy discussion about our recruitment and not rage too much about eventual wipes that happened in the past
