So I have been having a issue lately where even if I remove my outfit it is on at first it was just the weapons (I may be wrong) but now its the entire outfit. its bothering because if I want to hide it I have to wear one of the outfits from the collectibles. Anyway to fix this?

You could have an add-on running that is affecting how outfits are being displayed on your character. Try removing your add-ons and see if this resolves the issue.

@ZOS_BillE No this is definitely a bug.

Thanks all, we're working on getting this fixed.

Though Zos is aware and working on it :)

As for the OP, just switch to no outfits multiple times until it sticks. It will flip back at times, but at least you get a little while in your no-outfit.

This happened to me yesterday. I would press "C" and "No outfit" was selected. I would toggle it on and off until it stuck. Then, if I walked inside somewhere, it would switch back on.

@MissBizz Thanks for linking that discussion was wracking my head trying to figure out what addon has anything to do with my outfits and its good to know I'm not the only one with the issue.

There does seem to be a problem with how garments, or armour, are displayed.

Yesterday evening, I changed the dye colours of my standard, "No Outfit" armour. The ensemble includes monster shoulders and helm.

On completion, I selected the "Hide Helmet" option and the helm disappeared whilst the char. was still in the Dye Station UI. As soon as I exited the Dye Station UI, the monster mask was visible again.

I checked and rechecked the settings (several times) both at the Dye Station and within the Character Settings but to no avail.

Perhaps there was something I missed but in the end I gave up. We had quests to complete and Tamriel to save from impending doom.

My dressed in white & gold, angelic-looking character, with gold-tipped wings and flowing blonde locks, looked magnificent from behind - as she charged about on her white steed with gold tackle.

Pity about the face though. Some might have thought it gave the game away as to her true identity and which side she was really batting for!

Please pass on our concerns to the Devs. Thanks. o:)
