Disregard - Scaling Issue

Took a look at my Rattlecage set today sitting on a mule and I see:

2 items 1615 max health
3 items 172 spell damage
4 items 172 spell damage
5 items 132 spell damage
5 items Gain Major Sorcery at all times, increasing spell damage by 27%

According to https://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Rattlecage+Set

(2 items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(3 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage
(4 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage
(5 items) Gain Major Sorcery at all times, increasing your Spell Damage by 20%.
(5 items) Adds 100 Spell Damage.

Did I miss something in the patch notes? I'll get the screenshot when I can get a chance.

I think you're seeing the scaling from your low level mule.

I noticed major sorcery showing as 23% and 139 spell damage etc, on a low level alt who had the set in their inventory after the update, quickly checked a max level character with the rattlecage set and it showed 20%. I think it's just a UI/scaling bug.

EDIT: just checked the low level alt and their level 42 julianos staff shows 344 spell damage as the 5 set bonus (other sets show similar inflated stats), a max level alt still shows 299 as the 5 set bonus.
