Didn't get ESO+ features in the game and support is ignoring me.

Redeemed code but didn't get eso+ and Bristlegut Pig pet. Wrote 2 tickets with a break in half an hour and guess what support did? They closed them both as duplicate.chto_by_ezhe_odyn_pacrooty_kupil_u_etih_pidarov.png

    Try to contact again, explaining the problem. They shouldn´t ignore you. That´d be a violation of your customer´s rights.

    @Necrochem1st Have you checked your emails? When opening a ticket, ZOS is usually sending you an email.

    @Ratzkifal after they closed the third one as duplicate, i went in full rage, covered them with *** in the fourth and they didn't closed it and didn't answered for 3 days... and then today they placed my account under a 24-hour hold for an investigation period because of "the threatening nature of the response"
    Half of a year i paid them for eso+ on PS4. 2 years of eso+ on PC and that's what i get? No support and even no a sorry word for 3 days? Ban my account if you want, whatever i'll not play this game ever again.

    @DanteYoda it's ok to be cuckold in your realm?

    You know, first of all they probably know you purshased this code on a not so legal and official website.Then also why you simply didnt waited for them to answer on the first ticket like a civilized human, you know they have thousands of ticket to answer every days, be patient. instead of openning another ticket after 2h, answer can take a few days

    Also i think ( not sure ) that if you already had ESO+ on your account before, you cant have the 15 day of ESO+ from this code, since its like a trial version of it

    And i had to wait till my steam subscription will expire to activate this code

    because even if he attacked them he is still the customer who pays for their salaries and besides, he didn't attack them just like that. He attacked them because he was angry because they ignored him the first time.

    It's not right to be rude, but sometimes it's unavoidable, like when someone takes your money and leaves you hanging. It's natural he got infuriated. Wouldn't you be?

    See the issue with that is there is theory and then real life.. In real life people are nasty and they get nothing because of it..
