Anyone have the an issue where your costumes keeps appearing when you have No Costume selected?

Each time I travel to a new zone or go in or out a door, my costume reappears on my character, even though I have No Costume selected. When I got into the character menu, then the costume disappears. Anyone else having this issue? Seemed I was the only one in my group last night having this issue.

✭I am having problems were my weapons are showing up from my “Outfit” even though I don’t have my outfit equipped. I’ve even changed the weapon style in the Outfit Table UI and it still shows the original settings. Changes every time I switch zones.PS4: NA - AD PSN: imnotanother (Artell Lyeselle)
